This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as browser information, access logs, page views, and visitor counts, to operate and monitor the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google’s servers. Hosting and font providers may process network information, including your IP address, under their own policies.
The owner introduction video uses an embedded YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode. Loading or playing the video may send technical and playback information to YouTube and Google, including your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices.
Our project inquiry form uses FormSubmit to process the information you submit and deliver it to MADLYD Construction by email. This includes your name, email, phone, project location, service, budget, timing, project details, contact consent statement, consent timestamp, and submission page address. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. We retain received inquiries as needed to respond and maintain business records. The form requires your agreement to project-related contact by SMS, phone, and email; the consent statement and timestamp are included with your inquiry. It does not enroll you in unrelated promotional messaging. This version does not include an advertising pixel or automated text-message sending.
Sharing and protection
Project information may be shared with service providers or project professionals when needed to respond to your request or perform the work. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We do not sell your contact information or share text-message consent for promotional use by other businesses.
